Installation Instructions:

Unzip all files from this zip to your Poser directory, using the folders option of your unzipping program. 
I have set up the zip so that the files are placed where they need to be.

Usage:
                   1. Turn off  "Figure --> Use Inverse Kinematics"
                   2. Turn on   "Figure --> Use Limits"
                   3. Go to Runtime:Libraries:Pose:ChairSitting: and click any icon to load pose

Probably You should adjust vertical body position, because chairs are different. Click on V4 hip and adjust "yTran" dial
Probably You should adjust foots and legs position for shoes You use.
