For Poser: 
Unzip into your Poser directory; make sure "use folder names" option is checked.

Usage Tips /INSTRUCTIONS/ETC

Use the Grow morph on the hip, abdomen and chest to fix poke through issues.
For Super Conforming to work you must have the morphs injected into V4 before you
add the dress
