Install Instructions: Create the PreTeen BodyShape with The PreTeen Starter Pack.
Inject the new TeenElf head. Load and conform clothes as usual

Usage tips/limitations:The clothes will only fit the PreTeen and not Victoria 4.
When fitting har, do not conform. Load in the har and move and scale it until it fits.
Then parent it to TeenElf's head
