All renders were done in Bryce 7. 
This is a solid building prop (13452 polys).. No Interior .. The terrain is several rock/stone models put together  (82068 polys.) The only working part would be the Gate Bars which can be lowered & raised.

Bump maps will need to be adjusted to suit you.
