Tanner's House includes: 1 House/Building, 3 Fence Pieces & 3 Dock pieces so you can build a scene to suit yourself.   
There is also 1 preset scene/ The house in this scene was made to fit the terrain & can't be used separately.

The bump maps have been added to the props but you may want to adjust the settings to suit you..
