Gran's Tavern includes: 1 House/Building, 1 Base, 1 Rope fence, 1 Lantern & 4 Dock pieces so you can build a scene to suit yourself.   
There is also 1 preset scene. 

Wavefront Objects:

 ***All .obj & .mtl files are included. 
The objects may require scaling in some programs.

 
Textures have been applied but some programs may ask
you to look for them or not load them at all.. 
 
Bump Maps are included but not applied.

Installing: Unzip with WinZip to folder of your choice. Open in any program that supports
wavefront obj.
