You CAN use them for texturing and photo reference. You CAN make backgrounds with them for commercial resale so long as the original images cannot be extracted as-is from your work (see #1 below). What you CANNOT do with these images: 1) You may NOT redistribute these files if you are only altering them slightly (color, hue, saturation, etc).
