Unzip this archive to the root directory of poser 
(for example C:\Program Files\Curious Labs\Poser 5) 
or the location where you installed your Poser program.

MAT pose (pz2) files will be placed in:

......\Runtime\Libraries\Pose\Pixie Style

Texture files (jpg) will be placed in:

...\Runtime\Textures\Leilana\LPixieStyle
