-Open or import the files into your graphic software.

Usage and Limitations:

Keep in mind that styles can look different depending on the size of the area to be covered and ppi. These styles were created to look best at 300 ppi. 

How to scale layer effects for any resolution or image size in PhotoShop 7 and above

1) Access Layer/Layer Style/Scale Effects in the menu bar or in the Layer Panel right click on the small fx label in the layer you want to adjust and select Scale Effects.

2) In the Scale Layer Effects dialog box the opens, you can reduce or increase the scale of the style.

You can also create your work at 300 dpi and convert to 72 dpi when finished. There is no loss in style detail as long as Scale Styles is checked.
