It consists of main forearm unit projecting interactive holographic images like various types of touchscreen control panels/displays or 3d imaging grids for displaying any types of data. This particular model is Government Issued variant made mainly for army, space navy, corporate industry and state agencies. G. I. Cybernetic HoloInterface is used by various specialists like commanding officers, tactical officers, weapon officers, field engineers, mission scientists, communication operators, navigators and so on. Forearm unit can be further equipped with FirmGrip technology peripheral joystick or trackball for more precise and sensitive control where needed. The main advantage of G. I. Cybernetic HoloInterface is high degree of flexibility and variability, since any kind of specialist can use this unit to any purpose. You will find the items in Character, Hand, Light, Material, Pose and Props folders named HoloInterface. Geometries, Textures and Reflection Maps are stored in respective folders. -------------------------------------- Usage Tips or Limitations: Model consists of forearm unit which is made as poser figure with ERC controls for selecting any of 9 types of touchscreen displays or 3d imaging grids, which are made as bodyparts. Forearm unit is not conformer but need be parented to human figure´s forearm. (There are two variants, left and right both for Michael 4 and Victoria 4.) Some poke through may occur in some extreme forearm poses, in such occasions you may need reposition or rescale the unit. There are six available material poses for unit itself and five color variant for any display. Since displays uses transparency maps it may be sometimes completely invisible in poser preview. Display bodyparts can be adjusted to more suitable poses, or can be rotated or moved in some ways. You can combine any display you want and apply an color to any displays. Just select right or left hand unit (both left and right units can be used at once) and apply desired color to desired display. Displays material poses are same for right and left variant, for forearm unit there are different materials for right and left side. Displays are made from one sided polygons so from reverse side it will not be visible in preview but it will render from both sides. Further there are four "data props" which can be loaded into either sphere display or cube display. These are low resolution objects to be displayed as data content in 3d displays grid. By default Michael´s data props are blue and Victoria´s are orange. This can be changed by applying any of two types of procedural materials to them. There are four data props objects - all are in left and right variants and in Michael 4 or Victoria 4 variants. Two props are smart parented to cube display and two to sphere display. You need to choose desired side (right or left) before loading the prop since it will parent to desired display type, but it will not consider the side. Data props can be moved or repositioned as desired. You can as well use any other 3d object or poser prop/figure as data content with provided procedural materials applied. Model is completely UV mapped. For certain parts of models are provided texture templates, other material zones are textured by procedural materials or by tiled textures and templates are not applicable for them. Tiled textures and procedural materials may need adjustments in DAZ studio, Carrara or other 3d applications. All poser props have extracted geometry to obj. mesh files which you can use for importing to other modeling or rendering application.
