Installation instructions - Unzip the .zip files to a temporary folder (making sure that if using Winzip that the "Use Folder names" box is checked). The buildings should unzip into a single folder called "FB6 Mediaeval House 03". Copy this folder and contents into one of the sub-folders of your Vue Objects folder (Usually MyDocuments/e-on software/VueX/Objects). ---------------------------------- Usage Tips/Limitations:- Comes with basic internal walls - useful baffles if you wish to illuminate the building's windows from within. Individual building components (roofs, chimneys, windows etc.) have been grouped but left intentionally separate to facilitate re-texturing/hiding/deleting if necessary. The building is grouped in to three main parts - two main houses with an upper-storey connector which can be hidden/deleted/replicated to provide variety. NB. When used as a row, the end house (House02) has a pronounced roof overhang on the end to balance the row. If House02 is to be used as an individual object you may wish to reduce this overhang by selecting the roof components (House02Roof, House02RoofRidge and HOuse02Roof_Struts) and moving them to the left before rotating the building. The bump settings are set at quite a low level by default. You may find that increasing the bump depth may produce more pleasing results under some conditions. The house materials include a leaded-window material with in-built transparency and reflection channels. Transparency and reflection can easily be changed by using the sliders within the material. NB. The smoothing for the house objects is set to 40% by default and I suggest you don't raise it much above this or unexpected results may occur, indeed a lower setting may produce better results under certain conditions. ---------------------------------- Complete list of morphs: No morphs present. ---------------------------------- Files list: FB6_Mediaeval_House03.zip containing:- FB6 Mediaeval House 03.vob Documentation folder containing:- Store-EULA.txt FB6_Mediaeval_House03_ReadMe.txt ----------------------------------
