This readme outlines only the main features and limitations. 1. Main features -------------------- 1.1 The utility adds a new Parameter to Michael 4 which allows to smoothly morph Michael 4 into The Kids 4. 1.2 Bonus freebie: Additionally, to make the new parameter more useful, a script is included to convert clothing to react on the new parameter. It cannot handle all clothing perfectly, but performs well on many cloth items. And hey, its free. 1.3 Other bonus: You may also run it on Victoria 4. She doesnt work as good as Michael 4 for technical reasons. But hey, its free. 2. Main Limitations ---------------------- 2.1 The morphed figures will not bend 100% perfectly. I think they perform very well in most situations, but sometimes you might need to use the poser morph brush to fix local distortions. 2.2 The quality of the cloth conversion process varies with the cloth. Pokes or distortions might occur and need to be fixed with poser built-in tools like morph brush, magnets, or others. In general, tight clothing works better than loose clothing. The cloth converter cannot handle (hair) props. Use the translation/scaling/fix morph parameters to fit the prop or convert it to a conforming figure. But hey, its a useful freebie! 2.3 Further add-ons for Michael 4 you may have (like morph- or character packages) will not automatically work well on mixed figures. It depends on the individual add-on. As a rule of thumb you should use character morphs with a smaller intensity when you have morphed Michael 4 towards The Kids 4. The Kids 4 is much smaller and therefore the vertices need to move a smaller amount. I do not think fix morph packages will work very well, as they are usually optimized only for Michael 4/Victoria 4 in its original shape. 2.4 The setup of figure copies in the scene which were processed by these scripts will be changed. Compared to the original figures, the modified figures will bend differently, so do not use them for Poser Add-On/cloth creation. System requirements: ========================= PC/Mac. Poser Pro 2012 with the latest updates! Will not work in Poser 9. Needed files: ========================= - DAZ Products: Michael 4 and The Kids 4 - Poser Pro 2012 with the latest updates.
