This is a Bryce 7 Prop (obp) & includes the Wavefront Object (.obj) for use in other programs.  
The interior of the building is empty so lights can be placed inside. Otherwise it is unfinished & not usable.

The Apothecary contains..  1 Bryce 7 Building Prop (obp)(***Meant for Exterior use only***) Preset with the tubs, bench etc. as can be seen in the promos. 
                           2 separate fence Props. (obp)  These are in the meshes & the parent mesh has a "P" at the end.

 
***WAVEFRONT OBJECT***

The Apothecary contains..  1 Building (***Meant for Exterior use only***) Preset with the tubs, bench etc. as can be seen in the promos. 
                           2 separate fence sections 

 
Models are in  Wavefront format with material files and texture maps (.obj & .mtl) 
These may require scaling in some programs.
 
Textures have been applied but some programs may ask
you to look for them or not load them at all.. 
 
Bump Maps are included but not applied.

Tested on a Mac & in Poser 9

Installing: Unzip with WinZip to folder of your choice. Open in any program that supports
wavefront obj.
